at body medicine, we centre holistic, individualised nutrition and functional,
full-body somatic movement as tools to orient yourself back to your healthiest self.
we offer weekly in-person movement classes and one-on-one nutrition coaching.

BURN (verb): a beat-based movement practice fusing yoga, mat pilates and cardio. we place an emphasis on breath awareness, and on the somatic experience that each guided movement provides.
