Cinnamon Baked Pears + Greek Yogurt

(GF, RSF, Best in fall // winter)

Serves 1

Cinnamon is a warming spice and is a perfect addition as the seasons shift towards the cooler months. If you have any issues with dairy, we recommend swapping out the Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt instead.


  • 1 pear 
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt 
  • Sprinkle of blueberries 
  • Drizzle avocado // coconut oil 
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 3 tbsp Sweet Seed Dust

. Shaved almonds 
. Walnuts 
. Shredded coconut 
. Macadamia nuts 
. Chia seeds 
. Maple syrup

DF – Dairy free

  1. Preheat oven to 200C // 375F 
  2. Cut pear in half and drizzle with either avocado or coconut oil .
  3.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the oven for 20-30mins.
  4.  Remove from oven when soft and place ½ of the pear on top of the yogurt with the blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle with sweet seed dust and more cinnamon if you wish 
  6. You’ll have ½ a pear left over to use the following day 🙂

    Serves 1

For sweet seed dust

  1. Preheat oven to 200C // 375F
  2. Place all items into a bowl and combine well .
  3. Let cook 1-2 mins, add the maple syrup and cook for a further 2 mins ensuring the heat is low.
  4. Spread evenly onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 mins or until the nuts and seeds start to brown .
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
  6. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 weeks
