Nori Wrap w/ Tinned Salmon, Avocado, Arugula + Sprouts
(GF, RSF, DF, T)
If you’re looking to consume less processed breads and wraps, may we suggest you sub with a few sheets of nori (to create an equally delicious wrap-like structure). The only thing is that the nori will get a little soggier, a little quicker so it’s wrap and eat. You heard it here first!
- 2 sheets of nori seaweed
- ½ tin of wild caught salmon (in olive oil), broken up w/ fork
- ½ cup arugula aka rocket
- ½ cup of sprouts of choice
- 1-2 radishes, mandolin sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
GF – Gluten free
RSF – Refined sugar free
DF – Dairy free
V – Vegan
T – Tran-seasonal
Best in spring // summer
Best in fall // winter
- Lay one sheet of nori seaweed flat and the second sheet next to it covering it half way.
- Place the arugula diagonally across the nori sheets and pile on the sprouts, salmon, radishes and salt and pepper.
- Wrap like you would a bread-style wrap and consume immediately.
