Papaya Boats w/ Sweet Seed Dust

(GF, RSF, DF, V options, Best in spring // summer)

Serves 1

Eating food that is aesthetically pleasing truly does spark that little bit more joy and this plate really combines an abundance of flavor, an appealing aesthetic and a whole lot of good stuff including naturally occuring digestive enzymes that are abundant in papaya.



  • 1 medium sized papaya cut in half
  • 2 tbsp of coconut or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of chopped strawberries
  • 1 passionfruit
  • Sprinkle of sweet dust (hyperlink)


  • Hemp seeds
  • Shaved almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Macadamia nuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Maple syrup

RSF – Refined sugar free
DF – Dairy free
V – Vegan
T – Tran-seasonal

Best in fall // winter



  1. Scoop out half the seeds of your papaya halves
  2. Pile your yogurt onto the papaya
  3. Sprinkle w/ strawberries and scoop out your passion fruits
  4. Sprinkle sweet dust on top
  5. Optional drizzle of honey or maple syrup

    Serves 1


  1. Preheat oven to 200C // 375F
  2. Place all items into a bowl and combine well
  3. Spread evenly onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 mins or until the nuts and seeds start to brown
  4. Remove and allow to cool
  5. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 weeks
