Apple + Rhubarb Oats
(GF, RSF, DF, V, Best in Spring // Summer)
We recommend stewed rhubarb and apples with this base of oats as a way to include a solid amount of fibre that tastes unique and delicious. The bitterness of the rhubarb is mellowed by the sweetness of the apples. Green apples will give you the least amount of sugar but the choice is up to you.
